ZUMBA TONING
Are you ready to sculpt your body and have a BLAST?! Then get
ready for Zumba Toning. ZT combines body sculpting
exercises with Latin-infused ZUMBA moves that
takes body sculpting to a new level. Featuring interval
training sessions where rhythms and resistance training are combined to
tone and sculpt the body while burning fat and then finishes with a
cool down of light stretching that will leave you feeling invigorated!
Aan effective total body
toning workout in a relatively short period of time and helps in building coordination and muscle endurance. An exciting mix of Latin pop and international music that
includes combination rhythms like African Hip Hop, Cumbia, French Reggaeton, and more to keep you moving and grooving!

KC | Kickboxing & Circuits is 45 minutes of high energy kickboxing combined with effective circuit training. This is an intense workout for men & women that works your entire body burning fat and building muscle in a short amount of time.
Class begins with powerful cardio kickboxing moves & techniques then
focuses on individual circuits that work your entire body. Exercise
that use your body weight, boxing and martial arts techniques, balance,
core stability and stretching. This functional training allows the
muscles and core to work together, protect the body and get them sexy
& sculpted!
Whether it is preparation for the ski season, hiking in the mountains, sports training, work/family commitments, the circuits will benefit everyone. They are for busy people who want a full body workout with variety, fun and social environment.
